The Roundhouse is a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse set at the end of the Esplanade between Weymouth Beach and the 17th century harbour. The guesthouse offers 6 rooms over 4 floors, each with windows overlooking Weymouth Bay on one side and the harbour on the other. Weymouth town centre, bars, restaurants, shops, and the Pavilion Theatre are all within a 5-minute walk. Weymouth Railway Station is 0.5 miles away.

Each of the 6 rooms features bohemian décor and en-suite bathrooms with high-quality towels and branded toiletries. Rooms include a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and a small fridge stocked with complimentary local ciders and still and sparkling water. Unique dual-aspect windows provide views of both the beach and the harbour from the same room. Binoculars are provided for watching the coast.

Breakfast is delivered to the room each morning at 8:30 in a wicker hamper with a different homemade menu every day.
